We're looking for Atmosphere Cast for the Raymond & Brown Tour, the 2026 tour with Usher and Chris Brown, when it comes to AT&T Stadium in Dallas, TX. This is a three-show run: September 10, September 12, and September 13. We're booking you for all three.
What You'll Do
You'll be on stage during the show, dancing to R&B. This is club energy: sexy, confident, dancing together with a group and playing off each other. It's a performance in front of a big crowd, so you need to be comfortable doing it with bright lights, loud sounds, and cameras on you.
It's un-choreographed. You move how you move when the music hits. We're after rhythm and presence, and the nerve to let go on a big stage.
You do need to follow basic stage direction. Where you stand, when you're on, and how you're placed come from the team running the show, and you have to take that direction and hold it. This is a non-union role.
When and Where
- Dates: Three shows: September 10, September 12, and September 13. Rehearsal and show each day. This is one booking for all three, not a single night.
- Where: AT&T Stadium, 1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011
- Shift: Minimum 4-hour guaranteed shift each night. Hold the full afternoon and evening open on September 10, September 12, and September 13. Call times are confirmed on booking.
- Pay: $7.25 per hour, with a 4-hour guarantee each night. Paid as a short-term W-2 position.
This role does not include travel or lodging. You'll need to get yourself to and from the venue.

- Able to commit to all three shows. We're booking the full run, not single shows.
- Able to follow basic stage direction
- Able to perform the role with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to provide your own wardrobe to meet a stylistic brief (style and color direction sent on selection)
Background screening is conducted after a conditional offer.
