Party Animals in Salt Lake // August 13–15, 2026
Backlit Pixels is hiring Wristband Operations Crew members for a three-day gig at The Ballpark at America First Square in South Jordan, Utah. You'll be part of the team that distributes and recovers pixel LED wristbands for a stadium-wide light show at the Party Animals games, part of the Banana Ball Championship League with the Savannah Bananas.
What You'll Do
You'll place wristbands at every seat in the stadium before each game and help collect them from guests on their way out.
The Schedule
The schedule is the same each day. There is a long walkaway break in the middle of each shift. You must be available for all three days and the full daily schedule. End times are estimates. We'll keep working until we know every fan has a wristband for the game, and later when we have all the bands crated back up.
THU AUG 13 / FRI AUG 14 / SAT AUG 15
- 11:00 AM until complete (approx. 3:00 PM) — Wristband distribution
- Walkaway break — You are free to leave the venue
- 7:30 PM until complete (approx. 10:30 PM) — Wristband recovery
What We're Looking For
This role requires mobility. You'll be on your feet for extended periods, navigating stairs and aisles throughout the stadium, and carrying boxes of wristbands weighing up to 50 pounds. No prior experience is necessary, but you must be able to perform these physical functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Pay and Details
This is a paid, temporary position. The hourly rate is $15.00. Travel is not provided. Applicants must be local to the Salt Lake City area.

Wristband Operations Crew members will not receive tickets to watch the games.
